Privacy Policy

This website, getoriyo.com, is run by Oriyo Networks Private Limited (“Oriyo Networks”, “we”, “us”), a technology company in India. We decide how and why the personal information described here is used, which makes us responsible for it (under Indian law, the data fiduciary).

This policy covers the website only. Our products, such as Oriyo Hub and Ashiya AI, are covered by the agreements and privacy terms that come with them.

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, your work email address, the area your enquiry is about and your message, and lets you add your company and phone number. When you send it, we also record that you agreed to be contacted, the page you sent it from, and the IP address and browser details it came with, to protect the form from spam and abuse. When you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything else you choose to include.

When you visit. Like most websites, our servers keep a short technical log of each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, the page that linked to it, and your browser’s user agent (a description of your browser and device).

What we do not collect. We do not use analytics or advertising tools, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not buy information about you from anyone. Please do not send us sensitive information, such as financial or health details, through the form.

• To reply to your enquiry and follow it up, for example to arrange a call or a demo.
• To keep the website and the contact form secure and working, and to stop spam and abuse.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We use the details you send through the form because you agree to it when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see Your rights); withdrawing it does not affect what we did before. We will not add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the website and our email, and only so that they can provide that service:

• Hostinger, which hosts our servers and our email.
• Cloudflare, which delivers the website to your browser and protects it from attacks.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example to answer a valid request from a court or a government authority, or when it is needed to protect our rights or the safety of others. If Oriyo Networks were ever involved in a merger or a sale, your information could pass to the new owner, who would have to keep protecting it as this policy describes.

Your information is stored on servers that our hosting provider runs for us, and Cloudflare handles traffic to the website through its worldwide network, so it may be processed outside India. Wherever it is processed, it stays protected by our providers’ safeguards and by the commitments in this policy.

• Enquiries, sent through the form or by email: for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer (then the agreement for that relationship applies) or the law requires us to keep them longer.
• Server logs: deleted automatically after 14 days.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• stop using it, by withdrawing your consent;
• let someone you nominate use these rights for you if you die or become unable to use them yourself.

To make a request or a complaint, write to us through our contact form. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can take your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

The website and the contact form use encrypted connections (HTTPS) between your browser and our servers. Only the people at Oriyo Networks who answer enquiries can read them, and they have to sign in to do so. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your information, we would act quickly and tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

The website is meant for businesses and professionals. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please tell us and we will delete them.

Our pages link to other websites, such as our social media profiles and the share pages of LinkedIn and X. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

We will update this policy when our website or the way we handle information changes. The new version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and we will point out important changes clearly.
