AI Intelligence & Business Knowledge Platform

Intelligence That Works
With Your Business.

The AI copilot built into your CRM. Ask in plain English, by typing or by voice, and Ore answers from live CRM data, within each person’s role.

The Ore workspace, with a conversation titled “Pipeline review”. Ore answering “Why is my pipeline slow?”: 14 deals have sat in Site survey for more than 21 days, twice as long as the stage usually takes. Nine of them belong to Sam and Arjun, who carry the most open work. Reassigning their surveys is the fastest way to move them. Sources: 1, Stuck deals (Lookup · Deals · 0.6 s); 2, Time in stage (Lookup · Pipeline health · 0.4 s); 3, Open work per owner (Lookup · Tasks · 0.3 s). Illustrative sample data.

Ask the CRM anything

Answers from live data.
Not from memory.

Ask in plain English and Ore looks it up in your CRM, then answers in the right shape: a headline number, a table or chart, one insight and one next step.

  1. Asks instead of guessing

When a request is ambiguous (“which John?”), it asks with a pick-one card.

  2. Follow-ups keep context

“And last quarter?” works without repeating the subject.

  3. Shows its work

A thought process panel lists every lookup it ran and how long each took.

  4. Checks its own numbers

A figure it can’t trace to the data it fetched is marked as possibly wrong or out of date.

Try asking

Answered with illustrative sample data from a fictional solar installer’s CRM.

Ore answering “How many projects are delayed?”. Thought process: Projects by schedule, Milestones. 23 projects delayed. 23 projects are behind schedule, 6 more than last month. Delayed projects, showing 5 of 23: Mehta residence, Permit, 18 days late; Johnson rooftop, Permit, 15 days late; Patel family, Inspection, 12 days late; Sharma Foods, Installation, 9 days late; 1420 Oak St, Permit, 7 days late. Insight: 14 of the 23 are waiting on permits. Suggested next steps: Create follow-up tasks, Export to Excel. Ask next: And last quarter?, Which permit offices?, Show only my projects. Working in chat

One chat that reads,
remembers and shares.

Chat also reads files and images, searches the web, remembers personal preferences and can be shared with teammates.

  • Files and images

Up to 4 files a message. Images and PDFs are read directly; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV and text as text.

  • Web search

Optional. A Search mode answers from the web with numbered sources, and never fills gaps in CRM data.

  • Deep Think

A mode that thinks longer on hard questions and shows its reasoning as it goes.

  • Memory

“Remember I only handle rooftop jobs” saves a preference. Memories are private, and passwords are refused.

  • Charts

Bar, line, area, stacked, pie, scatter and funnel charts, on request or automatically.

  • History

Chats are titled for you and can be pinned, archived and searched. Long chats keep their context.

  • Share and hand off

Share as Viewer or Collaborator, transfer ownership, or hand a thread to a teammate with a note.

  • Personas

Pick a persona an admin set up, such as a proposal persona, with its own instructions and tools.

Watch the pipeline

Know which deals need you.
Before they slip.

A predictive dashboard forecasts closes with a low-to-high range and shows how past forecasts landed. Alerts flag stuck deals and overdue work.

Ore's Predictive Dashboard (Deals, 30 days, Everyone): Open pipeline 61 deals; Forecast closes 18–24; Cancellation rate 8% (industry 11%). Closes per month with the forecast as a range; 9 of 12 landed inside the band. Voice assistant

Talk to your CRM from any screen.

Optional. Ask out loud and hear answers from live data, under your own role, and interrupt at any time.

  • Always at hand

A floating button on every screen, with live captions, a typing box, mute and end.

  • The same data as chat

Deals, tasks, teams, finance, tickets and pipelines, plus personal memory.

  • Safe actions

Tasks, status changes and emails need an on-screen Approve, then join the approval queue.

  • English, Hindi or Hinglish

English by default. It switches to Hindi or Hinglish when asked.

Integrations

Your inbox and team chat, inside Ore.

Each person connects only their own accounts, and every password and token is stored encrypted.

Admin controls

Shape Ore to your company.

See how it is used and set how it works. Usage screens show tokens, response times and counts, never AI costs.

  • Usage dashboard

Conversations, active users, tokens and tool calls, over 7 to 60 days.

  • Analytics

The most-repeated questions, each tool’s errors and response times, and thumbs-down answers.

  • Company settings

Your own vocabulary, standing instructions for every chat, and tools hidden from the team.

  • Approvals and alert rules

Which actions wait for approval, and the rules for stuck deals and overdue work.

Security and trust

It sees only what you could see.

Ore keeps each company’s data separate and records every action.

  • Same permissions as the CRM

Every request runs as the signed-in person. No service account, no superuser.

  • One database per company

Each company’s data lives in its own database, and its caches are kept apart.

  • No silent changes

Changes and emails wait for approval, and every step goes into a permanent audit log.

  • Sensitive data stays out

Social Security, card, passport and IBAN numbers are masked before the AI provider sees them.

  • Outside text is data

Records, files, web results and memories can’t give Ore orders.

  • Refuses rather than guesses

An answer written without looking anything up is held back and retried.

  • Usage limits

Messages per minute, a daily allowance per person and a monthly budget per company.

  • Reliable AI

A fast model for lookups, a stronger one for analysis, and a backup provider if one fails.

Product vision

AI should not just answer questions. It should understand the business context behind them.
